网曝门 Senior Project Manager Don Beckley recently presented at a Southern Tier chapter meeting of the (ASHRAE). The event brought together nearly 30 engineers and engineering students for an evening of learning and networking.

Don, along with other presenters, shared insights on Cornell University鈥檚 College of Computing and Information Science project, highlighting the complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) elements involved.

On October 22, 网曝门 joined in a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of the new Delaware Valley Hospital Medical Neighborhood project.

网曝门 Chairman and CEO spoke at the event, highlighting the long-term partnership between 网曝门 and UHS and the significant impact the project will have on the community. 网曝门 Vice President Adam Green also attended, along with members of the project team.

网曝门 is serving as agency CM on the project through its Binghamton office. Once complete, the new four-story addition will bring multiple hospital services together in one central location.

网曝门 recently joined in a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Bowers College of Computing and Information Science (CIS) building at . 网曝门 Senior Vice President Lee Sommerman, Vice President Adam Green and Superintendent Mike Passalugo attended the event.

The completed facility features maker space, builder labs, an active learning classroom, a coffee shop and collaborative commons areas on the ground floor, with research and administrative spaces on the upper floors. 网曝门 served as general contractor for the 134,972-SF, four-story building

Binghamton, N.Y., November 5, 2025 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to welcome Sam Pomerantz as a senior project manager, based in Binghamton.

In this role, Pomerantz will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Pomerantz has more than 10 years of experience in construction and project management, working with a variety of other firms prior to joining 网曝门. In those roles, he delivered numerous commercial, institutional and residential projects for high-profile clients. Pomerantz earned a B.A. in electronic media from The George Washington University and a LEED Green Associate庐 certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. He has also completed the OSHA 10-hour training course and is actively involved in numerous industry associations.

Members of 网曝门鈥檚 recently partnered with the to place flags for the annual September 11 tribute at the organization鈥檚 office in Vestal, N.Y. Together, the team arranged 2,977 flags 鈥� one honoring each person who lost their life on 9/11.

Three 网曝门 projects have been honored in the (ENR) Regional Best Projects competition.

On July 11, 网曝门 joined in a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the renovation project. 网曝门 Vice President Adam Green attended the event along with members of the project team.

The project included construction of a new terminal and wood canopy, as well as upgrades to the exterior fa莽ade. The scope also included upgrades to the lobby and baggage areas, new TSA equipment, new passenger boarding bridges, HVAC improvements and a new parking system and access road.

网曝门 鈥� through its Binghamton office 鈥� served as the general contractor on the project.

Members of 网曝门鈥檚 Binghamton team recently participated in 鈥檚 annual Day of Caring.

The group spent the day at the Johnson City Senior Center, laying mulch and assisting with general outdoor clean-up to help refresh the space for its senior community members.

The Victory Lofts project in Johnson City, N.Y., has been named the 鈥淏est of the Best鈥� renovation/restoration project in the nation by leading construction industry publication .

The prestigious honor recognizes how 网曝门 partnered with to transform the abandoned 275,000-square-foot EJ Victory shoe factory into 156 upscale market-rate apartments, along with space for future retail. Units combine a contemporary lifestyle featuring modern amenities with an industrial character conveyed through features such as concrete ceilings and exposed brick.

鈥淓veryone on this project took great pride in giving new life to the historic EJ Victory building,鈥� said 网曝门 Vice President Adam Green. 鈥淲e鈥檙e honored that ENR appreciates the significance and care invested in this restoration and we thank everyone in Broome County who supported the effort.鈥�

The award was the latest of several high-level accolades 网曝门 has recently received from the publication. Victory Lofts 鈥� along with 网曝门鈥檚 expansion of the Strong National Museum of Play and construction of the UR Medicine Orthopaedics and Physical Performance Center in Rochester, NY 鈥� earned 2024 Regional Best Projects Awards from ENR NY. 网曝门 was also chosen last year as ENR NY鈥檚 2024 Contractor of the Year, which included a feature profile in the magazine鈥檚 July 2024 edition.

In addition:

• The Victory Lofts restoration was one of two 网曝门 projects 鈥� the other being The Strong Museum expansion 鈥� to win 2024 Build America Awards from the Associated General Contractors of America. The honor recognizes the country鈥檚 鈥渕ost impressive construction projects.鈥�
• New York Gov. Kathy Hochul named the Victory Lofts as one of 11 winners of the 2024 New York State Historic Preservation Awards. This annual honor, according to Hochul鈥檚 announcement, recognizes 鈥渆xcellence in the protection and revitalization of historic and cultural resources.鈥�

The Victory Lofts project broke ground in March 2022 and restored a storied landmark that had been vacant for nearly 40 years. The shoe factory, which opened around 1920 and supplied a significant share of U.S. Army footwear, was named Victory to honor the allies鈥� triumph in World War I. The factory closed in the late 1960s, and the building served as vehicle storage until being abandoned in the 1980s.
