Regional leadership and team members

Adam Green

Vice President

Adam Green, Vice President based in Binghamton, is responsible for growing 网曝门鈥檚 business in the surrounding area. He manages client, employee, and subcontractor relationships, oversees daily operations, and ensures that 网曝门 delivers services and projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

He began his career as a laborer/carpenter and joined 网曝门 as a project engineer in 2006. He advanced through several leadership positions, becoming a project manager, then a project executive in 2011, a regional operations manager in 2019, and vice president in 2022.

One of Adam's notable achievements is leading the start-up of Greenlight-网曝门, a joint venture formed in 2019 to expand Greenlight Networks鈥� fiber optic infrastructure across Upstate New York. His leadership and ability to navigate complex challenges were instrumental in launching the venture and achieving its goals.

Adam's leadership style emphasizes communication, collaboration, and fostering a positive work environment. He believes in leading by example and empowering his team to perform at their best. His ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and subcontractors has been key to ensuring project success.

Adam holds a B.A. in liberal arts and mathematics from Lycoming College and is LEED AP庐 certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Dave Vaughn

Vice President

Vice President Dave Vaughn is responsible for managing large or multiple projects for core clients in the Binghamton and Corning areas, with accountability for quality, value and safety. He also serves as the 网曝门 client manager for State University Construction Fund (SUCF) and Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) projects across the state. Dave was named a vice president in 2011, having progressed through a series of management roles after joining 网曝门 as a project engineer in 1995. He began his construction career in 1987.

Paul Klinko

Project Executive

Project Executive Paul Klinko manages large or multiple projects for core clients in the Binghamton area, with accountability for quality, value and safety. He is also responsible for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members. Paul began his construction career in 1988 and on a range of healthcare, higher education, K-12, mixed-use development and industrial projects. He joined 网曝门 in 2006 as a project manager, was promoted to project executive in 2011. He supported the Conifer-网曝门 joint venture from 2014 to 2017 and served as regional operations manager in the Central NY office from 2017 to 2019. Paul has completed the OSHA 10-hour, 30-hour and confined space safety trainings and is certified in welding, hazardous communications, CPR and first aid.

Kirk Armstrong

Project Executive

Project Executive Kirk Armstrong manages large or multiple projects for core clients across the Binghamton region. In his role he is accountable for quality, value and safety, and oversees recruitment and training of project team members. Kirk began his construction career in 2004 and has since completed the OSHA 10- and 30-hour trainings and earned certifications in first aid, AutoCAD, onscreen takeoff and erosion & sediment control. He holds a A.S. in applied science (architecture) from the State University of New York at Delhi, and a B.S. in construction technology and management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Daniel Christoffersen

Estimator

As Chief Estimator, Dan Christoffersen is responsible for managing preconstruction efforts for projects in the Binghamton region, as well as developing estimates and budgets for both hard-bid and negotiated work. Dan began his construction career in 2013, joining 网曝门 in 2016 after graduating from Alfred State SUNY College of Technology with both an A.S and B.S in construction management engineering technology. He has since completed the OSHA 30-hour training, earned certifications in trenching & excavation, and completed the Dale Carnegie: Skills for Success leadership course. Dan is also a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC).
