The presentation, coordinated by the (NCTWC), highlighted the many career paths available in the construction industry and skilled trades. Evan and Vincent shared their personal career paths and experiences with the students, along with information about 网曝门.

网曝门 Regional Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion Denise Barnes recently attended a college and career fair at 鈥� The school is a science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) magnet program for students in grades 9 鈥� 12.

During the event, Denise connected with the students, sharing information about careers in the construction industry, and about 网曝门.

网曝门 recently welcomed (RIT) students from a construction management class and the school鈥檚 Associated General Contractors (AGC) club for tours of the Occupational Therapy project.

During the visit, students walked through the project with the team and discussed topics including the proposal and bidding process, budgeting, contract execution, subcontractor management and change order tracking. It was a great opportunity to show students how what they are learning in class translates to the field.

网曝门 is serving as the construction manager on the project, which will transform and repurpose a nearby hotel for RIT鈥檚 occupational therapy program.

On March 5, Southeast team members Seth London, Kathryn Payne, Stuart Short and Denise Barnes attended the annual State Construction Conference hosted by the . The conference brings together industry professionals from across the state to discuss projects throughout North Carolina.

Following the conference, the team hosted a table at the HUB Contractors Connections & Partnership Expo. At the 网曝门 table, Seth and Denise connected with local minority business owners and shared information about potential partnership opportunities. 网曝门 was also a sponsor of the events.

On Tuesday, March 3, 网曝门 Project Engineer Tesa Debroux spoke with students as part of the 鈥檚 Future Builders鈥� Day.

The event, part of NAWIC鈥檚 Women in Construction (WIC) Week activities, aimed to support and inspire the next generation of construction professionals. Debroux shared information about careers in construction and her role at 网曝门 with the students.

On Friday, February 20, a group of 网曝门 employees spent the morning volunteering with the . The team helped set up banners and signage in preparation for the snowshoeing competition at the 2026 NY State Winter Games held in Rochester that weekend.

On February 19, 网曝门 Regional Operations Manager Kathryn Payne participated in a panel discussion hosted by the . The panel, titled Defining Alignment, explored how working in alignment with the right company culture can support career growth and development.

网曝门 Project Engineer Tesa Debroux, who currently serves on the NAWIC Triangle Chapter board, also attended the event.

On February 12, 网曝门 Southeast team members Denise Barnes and Tesa Debroux attended a event benefitting Mended Little Hearts 鈥� an organization dedicated to helping children and families affected by congenital heart conditions.

During the event, attendees had the opportunity to network and then helped pack donation bags for families in need. Denise currently serves on the board of the Women in Healthcare North Carolina Chapter.

To celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day, members of the Southeast team spent the day volunteering with the

Working with other volunteers, the team helped package more than 175,000 meals to be delivered to families in need across Durham, Orange, Wake and Johnston counties.

网曝门 teams across multiple regions helped make the holiday season brighter by collecting donations for community gift drives.

罢丑别听Southeast office聽collected donations for the聽聽annual holiday toy drive. With everyone鈥檚 contributions, the team was able to donate more than 45 toys to add under the Mission鈥檚 tree.

In Rochester, 网曝门 partnered with聽聽by putting up an 鈥淎ngel Tree鈥� in the office. Participants selected names from the tree and donated gifts to help fulfill children鈥檚 Christmas wishes. This year, the Rochester team collected gifts for 50 children.
