Regional Operations Manager Andrew McKay manages a core set of client relationships, and oversees employee/subcontractor relationships and daily operations 鈥� including training and compliance of all project team members. He is responsible for ensuring 网曝门 delivers projects and services that meet or exceed expectations for safety, quality and value, focusing on core accounts and customer relationships in the New York Capital Region. Andrew joined 网曝门 as a project engineer in 2010, working through a variety of leadership roles before being named regional operations manager in 2023. He received a A.S. in construction technology from Hudson Valley Community College, and a B.S. in construction management from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Andrew has also completed the OSHA 30 certification.

David (Dave) Hollander, Vice President of 网曝门鈥檚 New York Capital Region, is responsible for driving business growth in the New York Capital region. In this role, he oversees local client, employee, and subcontractor relationships, manages daily operations, and ensures 网曝门 delivers services and projects that consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

With decades of experience spanning all phases of construction, Dave joined 网曝门 in 2022 through the acquisition of Albany-based Sano-Rubin Construction Services, LLC, where he served as president and was the fourth generation of the Rubin family to lead the company.

Dave holds an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in civil engineering from Union College. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region, The Albany Academy, the B鈥檔ai B鈥檙ith Foundation, the Associated General Contractors of New York State, and the Union College Civil and Environmental Engineering Advisory Board.

His past leadership roles include positions with Congregation Beth Emeth, the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home, and the Men Wear Pink breast cancer campaign. He has also contributed to workforce development initiatives with the East Greenbush Central School District and Hudson Valley Community College.

As regional director of business development, Mike Corey works to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and enhance awareness of 网曝门鈥檚 capabilities across the NY Capital Region. Mike began his construction career in 1997 as a member of the laborer鈥檚 union 鈥� working on job sites during summer and winter breaks from high school and college. He joined 网曝门 in 2005 as a project engineer, later working in project management. He was named account executive in 2018, and regional business development director in 2021. He has a B.S. in political science from the State University of New York at Albany and a master鈥檚 degree in international relations from Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia). A resident of Ballston Spa, N.Y., Mike is a board member and past president of the Capital District Business Leaders, a Next Generation Leadership Council member for the Eastern Contractors Association, past chair of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce business referral group, and chair of the Saratoga Chapter of the American Wine Society.

As director of field operations, Eric Coburn, Sr. has full authority and responsibility for the management, administration and safety of all self-performed work within the New York Capital region. This includes the management of all tradespeople and field managers, including superintendents and foremen. He works with project teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of high-quality construction projects in accordance with 网曝门鈥檚 safety program and company standards. Eric joined 网曝门 in the 2022 acquisition of Sano-Rubin Construction Services. He has more than 35 years of construction experience, having worked his way through various management roles after joining Sano-Rubin as a carpenter in 1991. Eric has earned the CM-Lean certification from the Associated General Contactors of America (AGC) and the OSHA 500 certification. He is also an official OSHA trainer and a certified fall protection inspector.

As chief estimator, Scott Lawler leads preconstruction efforts for projects across the New York Capital Region, developing estimates and budgets for both hard-bid and negotiated work. Scott began his construction career with 网曝门 in 2005 and has since earned Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) AP庐 and Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA) certifications. He holds an A.A.S. in civil engineering technology from Hudson Valley Community College and a B.S. in civil engineering technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Scott is also involved with many local community organizations, most notably serving on the board of the Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition.
