In this role, Hayes will help manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Hayes joined ������ as a project engineer in 2023, and has since worked on a variety of projects across the Corning region. He holds both a bachelor of technology in construction supervision and an associate of occupational studies in building construction from Alfred State College. Hayes currently resides in Bath, New York.

In this role, Newby is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and ensuring projects across the region are completed on time and within budget. He collaborates closely with project teams throughout each phase of construction to identify key milestones, proactively manage schedules and adapt plans as project needs evolve.

Newby has more than 25 years of industry experience, working with a variety of other firms prior to joining ������. He has completed multiple certifications through the Oracle University Global Project Management Course, as well as the OSHA 30-Hour training course. Newby currently resides in Lillington, N.C.

Charlotte, N.C., June 24, 2026 – ������, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Pendergraph to operations support coordinator, based in the Southeast region.

In this role, Pendergraph supports multiple regions, developing and maintaining operations how-to and training materials and driving process improvements – identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions across the organization. She also serves as a primary resource for other members of the Operations Support Group.

Pendergraph joined ������ in 2018 as a project administrator and was promoted to operations support specialist in 2022. She earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and currently resides in Charlotte.

Rochester N.Y., June 11, 2026 – ������, LLC is pleased to welcome Zandyr Meakin as graphic designer I, based in Rochester.

In this role, Meakin develops creative visual content for print and digital platforms, supporting marketing, communications and business development efforts. He collaborates with teams across the company to create impactful graphics while ensuring consistency with established brand standards.

Meakin brings several years of graphic design experience, working with other organizations and as a freelance designer, prior to joining ������ as an intern in 2025. After completing a summer internship with the company, he transitioned into a full-time role. Meakin holds a B.F.A in graphic design from SUNY Oswego and an A.A.S in graphic design from Monroe Community College.
