In this role, Beasley oversees life sciences projects across the region for one of ������’s core clients, managing all aspects of assigned projects through the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Beasley began his construction career in 2005 and has since worked on many life science projects across North Carolina. Cheryl Colavecchio, who leads the company’s People and Culture team, is responsible for organizational development (OD), talent acquisition and human resources (HR) functions at ������. She joined the firm in 2015, bringing a unique blend of experience leading both OD and HR teams. Her career spans over 25 years in healthcare, non-profit, construction and consulting settings. Named vice president in 2022, she has a master’s degree in human resources development and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, both from St. John Fisher University. She is accredited as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Russell (Rusty) Smith leads the Marketing, Business Development and Communications functions across ������ regions and markets. Smith has over 25 years of construction experience, starting his career as a purchasing assistant and progressing to roles in project management and business development.
