About our New York Metro Office

鈥淲e serve one of the fastest growing construction markets in the country 鈥� extending from the lower Hudson Valley to New York City and into Western Connecticut and Northern New Jersey,鈥� noted David Campbell, a 网曝门 vice president in the New York Metro office located in Armonk.

网曝门 officially entered the market through the acquisition of CW Brown in 2015. This brought team members who have served the area since 1984 and who, like 网曝门, have earned a reputation for integrity, quality and safety. Today, the New York Metro office receives high ratings from clients, especially for its work on healthcare, science/technology, higher education and corporate interior projects. The office offers a full range of construction management services as well as the ability to self-perform a variety of work including carpentry, interior metal framing and concrete.

David Campbell

Vice President

As vice president of the NY Metro office in Armonk, David is responsible for growth opportunities in the New York metropolitan region. In his role, he manages local client, employee and subcontractor relationships, oversees daily operations and works to ensure 网曝门 delivers services and projects that meet or exceed client expectations. He joined 网曝门 in 2014 as a project executive, managing several large accounts throughout New York State and Maryland. He was promoted to his current role in 2016. David began his construction career in 1986, and before coming to 网曝门 was vice president at both a NY-based construction group and a large, multinational construction and development company. A lecturer in construction management at New York University from 1997 to 2000, he also served on the advisory council for Stanford University鈥檚 Center for Integrated Facility Engineering. He has completed several executive and leadership programs at Harvard University and Cornell University, holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration from Warren National University, and is certified in BIM and Lean construction by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America. David is currently active on the boards of The Business Council of Westchester and the Orange County Partnership.

Steve Corletta

Regional Operations Manager

Regional Operations Manager Steve Corletta oversees multiple large projects for core clients, with accountability for quality, value and safety, as well as recruitment and training of project team members. After earning a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Binghamton University, Steve began his construction career in 1999. He has more than 20 years of construction experience, leading several major projects in the Rochester and New York City areas. After 12 years with 网曝门, Steve now supports the New York Metro region. He brings a deep knowledge of environmentally responsible building methods and has LEED AP庐 (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Dan Ratto

Senior Estimator

As Senior Estimator, Daniel Ratto is responsible for managing preconstruction efforts for projects in the New York Metro region, as well as developing estimates and budgets for both hard-bid and negotiated work. Daniel began his construction career in 2007 and has since completed the OSHA 30 training course. He earned a B.T. in construction management from SUNY Delhi College of Technology, where he also worked closely with Habitat for Humanity building homes for those in need across the U.S.
