On June 26, a group of ÍøÆØÃÅ summer interns volunteered their time to help prepare ESL Ballpark – home of the – for the Gus Macker three-on-three basketball tournament. The nationwide event brings together local community members of all ages to celebrate the history of street basketball.

The ÍøÆØÃÅ team joined the and other volunteers to help assemble basketball courts and hoops ahead of the tournament.

ÍøÆØÃÅ Chairman and CEO Bill Goodrich is scheduled to be inducted into the Rochester Business Hall of Fame Class of 2026, joining 155 others who previously have been honored for their contributions to Rochester.

ÍøÆØÃÅ recently joined our partners at for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate completion of the Park Square II Apartments project in downtown Rochester.

The project renovated 200 existing units in the historic Tower at Park Square and added a new building with 40 additional units, creating a total of 240 affordable housing units for the Rochester community. ÍøÆØÃÅ served as the general contractor on the project through the Conifer-ÍøÆØÃÅ joint venture.

Members of the Rochester ÍøÆØÃÅ team participated in the 20th annual The Fast and the Furriest event, joining community members for the 5K race and dog walk at Brown Street Park.

The annual fundraiser supports the and helps provide care for animals in need. ÍøÆØÃÅ was proud to take part in the event and support an organization that has a meaningful impact on the Rochester community.

ÍøÆØÃÅ recently helped deliver a special Strawberry Shortcake themed playhouse to a Rochester-area child.

Each year, high school students in the of Rochester build several custom playhouses. The playhouses are donated to local families through , a nonprofit that brings joy to Western New York children with critical illnesses.

Rochester N.Y., June 11, 2026 – ÍøÆØÃÅ, LLC is pleased to welcome Zandyr Meakin as graphic designer I, based in Rochester.

In this role, Meakin develops creative visual content for print and digital platforms, supporting marketing, communications and business development efforts. He collaborates with teams across the company to create impactful graphics while ensuring consistency with established brand standards.

Meakin brings several years of graphic design experience, working with other organizations and as a freelance designer, prior to joining ÍøÆØÃÅ as an intern in 2025. After completing a summer internship with the company, he transitioned into a full-time role. Meakin holds a B.F.A in graphic design from SUNY Oswego and an A.A.S in graphic design from Monroe Community College.

ÍøÆØÃÅ Rochester employees recently participated in the inaugural Construction Hike for Hope, an event focused on raising awareness and funds for suicide prevention in the construction industry.

Last week, ÍøÆØÃÅ team members from the RochesterÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýNY Capital Region offices participated in their local United Way’s annual volunteer days.

On May 18, employees from the NY Capital Region worked with a team from to participate in ’s annual 518 Day. The group spent the day at , helping clean up and get the farm ready for the warmer months ahead.

In Rochester, more than 30 employees volunteered with as part of ’ Day of Caring on May 21. The team helped tear down an old pool and paint a fence at one of the organization’s residential homes.

Last week, a group of ÍøÆØÃÅ employees teamed up with employees from to volunteer at the Paychex Discover Center.

The team worked with students from the , guiding them through the JA BizTown simulation. Team members shared insights as students stepped into the roles of business leaders, employees and community members while learning about money, careers and real-world decision making.

ÍøÆØÃÅ served as design-builder on the Discovery Center project, which opened in February 2024.
