Senior Vice President James (Jim) McKenna leads key initiatives for the company and has executive oversight of both the Rochester and NY Metro regions. Focusing on operations and business growth, Jim manages client, employee, and subcontractor relationships while ensuring ÍøÆØÃÅ delivers projects that exceed expectations.

He also leads design-build pursuits and companywide project management, ensuring adherence to best practices and successful project delivery aligned with client goals. Additionally, Jim directs ÍøÆØÃÅ’s real estate development sector and facility management department.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jim joined ÍøÆØÃÅ in early 2021 after serving ten years as vice president of construction at a prominent commercial real estate development and management company. There, he supported new development opportunities and oversaw projects from conceptualization through closeout and occupancy. He was promoted to senior vice president at ÍøÆØÃÅ in early 2024.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Ohio University and is a certified Design-Build Professional® through the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). Actively engaged in the community, he serves on the board of the Upstate New York chapter of DBIA and participates in various initiatives in the Rochester, N.Y. area.
