On October 29, 网曝门鈥檚 NY Metro team hosted a field operations meeting for superintendents, project managers and office staff. Guests from and presented on best practices for working in healthcare settings and introduced new innovative building products.

A group of NY Metro region employees recently completed a new assistant project manager (APM) training program.

On July 10, members of 网曝门鈥檚聽NY Metro聽team participated in聽聽in Westchester. The annual 5K is an opportunity for organizations in the area to come together for a night of team building.

The 网曝门 team had a great time at the event 鈥� and took home first place in the best t-shirt competition for the third year in a row!

Armonk, N.Y., July 15, 2025 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Perry Geyer, Jr. to project executive, based in the NY Metro region.

In this role, Geyer will manage large or multiple projects for core pharmaceutical and life science clients, with accountability for quality, value and safety, as well as responsibility for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members.

With more than 15 years of experience in construction, Geyer has served in project management roles since 2010. He joined 网曝门 in 2017 as a project manager and has since overseen more than $200 million in construction 鈥� working on many prominent 网曝门 projects, with a focus on biomedical facilities. Geyer holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College, and is an ASHE certified health care physical environment worker.

Armonk, N.Y., July 10, 2025 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Jacki DeCaprio-Maloney to project manager, based in the NY Metro region.

In this role, Maloney will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Maloney joined 网曝门 as a quality representative in 2019, transitioning to assistant project manager in 2021 before becoming a project manager. With over 30 years of professional experience in project controls, engineering, consulting and healthcare, Maloney has contributed to major 网曝门 projects including LEGOLAND庐 New York, and numerous healthcare facilities.

On June 12, 网曝门 Senior Project Manager Michele Koslab presented at the (WCOE) Metro New York networking event in Westchester.

During her presentation, Michele spoke about her career path, her role at 网曝门 and the opportunities and challenges of being a woman in the construction industry.

网曝门 teams across multiple regions helped make the holiday season brighter for others by collecting donations for community gift drives.

In the NY Metro and NY Capital Region offices, teams collected toy donations for their local chapters. In Rochester, 网曝门鈥檚 Veterans Task Force also coordinated Toys-for-Tots donations, with boxes in the office and at the warehouse. Additionally, the Buffalo team collected toys and brought them over to the Rochester collection box.

The Rochester team also organized clothing donations for by setting up an Angel Tree in the office. Those who participated picked a name from the tree and donated the necessary clothing items for a child in need.

The Southeast office collected donations for the annual holiday toy drive. With everyone鈥檚 contributions, the team was able to donate more than 40 toys to add under the Mission鈥檚 tree.
