A successful construction project takes more than completing the work on schedule. It requires strong collaboration, attention to the client鈥檚 needs and a shared commitment to delivering a quality result.

网曝门 brought that approach to the recent Noyes bathroom renovation at Vassar College, where the NY Metro team served as construction manager for a multi-level renovation completed in time for the fall semester.

The project marked 网曝门鈥檚 first construction management project with Vassar, while providing preconstruction services for other campus projects.

With a tight summer schedule and students returning in the fall, the project team worked closely with Vassar and trade partners to keep construction moving and address challenges as they arose. 网曝门鈥檚 self-perform team also played an important role throughout the project, helping resolve layout and coordination challenges while putting in additional hours when needed to keep the project on schedule.

The team鈥檚 efforts made a strong impression on the Vassar project team.

In this role, Chippa will manage large or multiple projects for core clients, with accountability for quality, value and safety, as well as responsibility for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members.

Chippa has more than 15 years of industry experience, working on numerous projects through a variety of delivery methods across the NY Metro region. He specializes in projects requiring critical advanced planning, difficult staging and logistics, and fast-track schedules. Chippa earned an M.S. in systems engineering from John Hopkins University and a B.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland.

On July 9, members of 网曝门鈥檚聽NY Metro聽team participated in聽the Corporate FunRun聽in Westchester. The annual 5K is an opportunity for organizations in the area to come together for a night of team building.

The 网曝门 team enjoyed the opportunity to connect with teams from organizations across the NY Metro region.

On June 25, 网曝门 joined in a groundbreaking ceremony celebrating the start of work on a new central fire station for the .

The project will transform an existing building into a new fire station featuring wide apparatus bay aprons, a 10-bed dormitory, officer-in-charge room, radio room, kitchen, support spaces and a 2,500-SF, two-bay secondary storage garage. The new facility will also house the city鈥檚 emergency operations center and training rooms.

网曝门 is serving as the general contractor on the project through its NY Metro office.

网曝门 Project Executive Ken Osmun recently served as a panelist at the 2026 . The annual event brings together thousands of contractors, architects, engineers, real estate developers, owners, government representatives and building professionals from across the tri-state area.

Ken joined fellow industry experts for a panel discussion on incorporating sustainable materials into the construction process. During the session, he shared insights and highlighted examples from recent 网曝门 projects, including the use of cross-laminated timber (CLT) and other sustainable building envelope products.

More than 550 speakers and 45,000 attendees participated in this year鈥檚 expo, which also featured workshops and networking opportunities in addition to panel discussions.

网曝门 teams across multiple regions helped make the holiday season brighter by collecting donations for community gift drives.

罢丑别听Southeast office聽collected donations for the聽聽annual holiday toy drive. With everyone鈥檚 contributions, the team was able to donate more than 45 toys to add under the Mission鈥檚 tree.

In Rochester, 网曝门 partnered with聽聽by putting up an 鈥淎ngel Tree鈥� in the office. Participants selected names from the tree and donated gifts to help fulfill children鈥檚 Christmas wishes. This year, the Rochester team collected gifts for 50 children.
