The panel was part of NAWIC鈥檚 Building Her Future day. Sierra and other panelists shared their experiences and insights with young women interested in pursuing careers in the construction industry.

To celebrate Women in Construction Week, several 网曝门 regions participated in events with their local National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) chapters.

In Buffalo, 网曝门 partnered with to host site tours for local students and other attendees at two projects 鈥� Buffalo Urban Development Corporation Northland Corridor and Buffalo State Moore Hall. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with project teams, ask questions and get a behind-the-scenes look at the progress on both projects.

In Rochester, team members attended the 2026 Pat Hynes Memorial Scholarship fundraiser. 网曝门 was also a sponsor of the event.

In the Southeast, 网曝门 participated in several events with the . 聽Team members joined in a 5K run/walk to kick off the week, along with several networking events throughout the week.

网曝门 joined聽 at a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 6 to celebrate completion of the visitor center project.

网曝门 Regional Operations Manager Chris Kulik spoke at the event, noting that building at the historic Graycliff estate was both an honor and a responsibility. 鈥淲e鈥檙e proud to have contributed to preserving such an important piece of history and look forward to seeing the Graycliff Visitor Center continue to thrive for years to come,鈥� he said.

The new visitor center features several architectural elements, including decorative cast-in-place concrete walls, full-height curtain walls, polished concrete flooring, natural woodwork and an inverted living roof system. These features enhance and expand the existing visitor center while maintaining the historic integrity of Frank Lloyd Wright鈥檚 Graycliff.

Team members Salvatore Casuccio, Stephanie Pennington, Caitlin Lattanzio and Patrick Griffin attended the event, where they connected with local subcontractors and industry partners and shared information about the company and upcoming project opportunities.

Buffalo, N.Y., January 27, 2026 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to welcome Greg Baker as a project executive, based in Buffalo.

In this role, Baker will manage large or multiple projects for core clients, with accountability for quality, value and safety, as well as responsibility for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members.

Baker brings nearly two decades of industry experience, working in project management and development roles with a variety of other Buffalo-area firms prior to joining 网曝门. He holds an A.S. in construction management engineering technology from Erie Community College, and has completed the OSHA 30-Hour training course and the 40-Hour Asbestos Supervision certification.

At the 2025 Construction Industry Conference, 网曝门 gave a presentation on the University at Buffalo Crosby Hall project in partnership with the .
