On Wednesday, July 29 the John Kam Building Historic Renovation project received top honor in the adaptive re-use/housing category at Buffalo鈥檚 Brick by Brick Awards.
Given annually by magazine, the awards recognize best-in-class real estate, construction and development in Western New York.
网曝门 served as the construction manager on the project, which transformed the historic John Kam Malt House into a residential community featuring 86 apartments and commercial spaces while preserving the building鈥檚 industrial character and many of its historic architectural features.
A second 网曝门 project 鈥� the University at Buffalo Foster Hall Renovation 鈥� was a finalist in the collegiate category.
