网曝门 recently participated in the 2026 summer conference in Lake Placid. The three-day event brings together hundreds of representatives from rural school districts across the state for presentations, breakout sessions and networking opportunities.

网曝门 team members Dylan Gifford and Ken Osmun attended the event, connecting with teams from numerous school districts and sharing information about 网曝门 and our K-12 project experience.

网曝门 project administrators from all regions recently came together in Rochester for a two-day summit focused on collaboration, professional development and best practices.

The summit featured presentations and discussions about legal, insurance, risk management and different technologies and programs, as well as opportunities for regional teams to share how they approach their work. The event also included a guest presenter from who talked about adaptability.

The annual Raymond F. 网曝门 Memorial Golf Outing was held on a sunny Saturday, June 20, at the Eagle Vale Golf Course in Rochester.

With more than 100 employees participating from across 网曝门 regions, this year鈥檚 event was full of familiar faces and fun all day long. Thank you to everyone who golfed and helped make the outing a success!

To celebrate聽聽鈥� held annually during the first week of May 鈥� 网曝门 project teams across all regions hosted safety stand downs, trainings and other events focused on promoting safe work practices.

• 滨苍听Rochester,聽 teams holding stand downs included those working on the CUP Eastman Quad Tunnel, CABIN Research and Occupational Therapy projects.
• 滨苍听Buffalo, the team working on the Northland Corridor Redevelopment project held a stand down and team lunch, with a guest presentation from
• 滨苍听Central NY, several projects held stand downs throughout the week, including the Upstate Pathology Institute, Rice and Wing Halls, and Hotel projects.
• 罢丑别听Southeast team held a stand down focused on fall protection at the Reuben-Cooke project. On the Charlottle-Mecklenburg Schools projects, more than 600 workers celebrated 网曝门 Week by asking “What’s your why?” and sharing why they work safely.
• In Corning, the team working in the New Gymnasium project celebrated with a safety stand down.
• 罢丑别听聽team held stand downs and team lunches at the Three Bridges at Redington, James L. Simmons Apartments and North Gate Landing projects.
• In the聽NY Capital Region, teams led stand downs on several projects throughout the week, including the , Bleecker Hall, ECSI, Parking Garage, The Spa Little Theater, Pavilions, and Sage Hall.

These activities reinforced 网曝门鈥檚 ongoing commitment to safety 鈥� ensuring all workers return home safely at the end of each day from every jobsite.

Every serious injury or fatality starts somewhere. More often than not, the warning signs are there 鈥� and someone sees them.

Each year, Construction 网曝门 Week is an opportunity to reflect and recommit to our safety efforts. This year鈥檚 theme 鈥� “All in Together. Recognize, Respond, Respect鈥� 鈥� draws attention to high-hazard work and preventing serious incidents, which resonates with what we鈥檙e focusing on as a company.

At 网曝门, Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs) and Potential Serious Injuries and Fatalities (PSIFs) prevention is not a trend or a talking point. It鈥檚 a responsibility we carry every day. The conditions our teams face 鈥� falls, struck-by hazards, stored energy, caught-in situations 鈥� are real, and the margin for error is small.

One of the most powerful tools we have is also one of the simplest: safety observations.

When someone takes a moment to stop, look and document a hazard before it leads to an incident, that is SIF prevention in action. That is “Recognize, Respond, Respect,” not as a slogan, but as a behavior.

We have seen this play out on our jobsites in many different ways. A worker flags improper fall protection before a crew returns to the scaffold. A superintendent documents a near miss and shares it at the next morning鈥檚 safety huddle. These actions may seem small, but their impact is significant.

Being “All in Together means safety doesn鈥檛 begin and end with our safety team. It requires every superintendent, every project manager, every trade partner and every worker to own it. Submit the observation. Respond to it. Learn from it. Share it.

During Construction 网曝门 Week, and every week, our goal remains the same: ensure everyone goes home the same way they came to work. That does not happen by accident. That outcome is made possible when everyone takes ownership of safety, one decision, one observation and one action at a time.

Each March, we celebrate Women in Construction Week 鈥� recognizing the impact of women across the industry. This year鈥檚 theme, 鈥淟evel Up: Build Strong Communities, Careers and Futures,鈥� highlights growth, leadership and lasting impact.

网曝门 Chairman and CEO Bill Goodrich was among local business leaders recognized by the as a 2025 Icon Honors award recipient.

These awards recognize Rochester-area business leaders for their success and leadership both within and outside of their industry. Bill accepted the award at a ceremony on December 14.

Rochester, N.Y., December 16, 2025 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to announce that two of its functional leaders 鈥� Cheryl Colavecchio and Russell Smith 鈥� have been named senior vice presidents. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Cheryl Colavecchio, who leads the company鈥檚 People and Culture team, is responsible for organizational development (OD), talent acquisition and human resources (HR) functions at 网曝门. She joined the firm in 2015, bringing a unique blend of experience leading both OD and HR teams. Her career spans over 25 years in healthcare, non-profit, construction and consulting settings. Named vice president in 2022, she has a master鈥檚 degree in human resources development and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology, both from St. John Fisher University. She is accredited as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Russell (Rusty) Smith leads the Marketing, Business Development and Communications functions across 网曝门 regions and markets. That includes responsibility for driving get-work efforts, growing brand awareness and enhancing customer engagement and relationships. Smith has over 25 years of construction experience, starting his career as a purchasing assistant and progressing to roles in project management and business development. He joined 网曝门 in 2014 as regional director of business development for the Southern Tier Region of New York, became 网曝门鈥檚 corporate business development director at the end of 2016 and was named a vice president in early 2018.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, 网曝门 teams across our regions participated in food drives and volunteer events to help families in need.

• In Rochester, teams collected donations to fill more than 50 Thanksgiving meal boxes in partnership with the . The boxes were delivered to local families so they could enjoy a complete Thanksgiving dinner. Another group of employees collected donations for .
• The NY Metro team collected canned food donations for . Thanks to their contributions, the organization will be able to provide more than 200 meals to community members in need.
• In the NY Capital Region, a group of employees volunteered at the , helping sort donations and prepare them for distribution ahead of the holiday.
