Durham N.C., July 14, 2026 – ÍøÆØÃÅ, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Aliana Corey to marketing coordinator I, based in the Southeast region.

In this role, Aliana supports the company’s get work efforts by developing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs). She also oversees the company’s data management processes, helping maintain accurate and consistent information across regions.

Aliana joined ÍøÆØÃÅ as a marketing intern in 2022 and joined the company full time as a marketing administrator before being promoted to marketing coordinator. She graduated from Cheshire High School in 2017 and is First Aid and CPR certified.

Durham, N.C., June 30, 2026 – ÍøÆØÃÅ, LLC is pleased to welcome Tom Newby as a construction scheduler, based in the Southeast region.

In this role, Newby is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and ensuring projects across the region are completed on time and within budget. He collaborates closely with project teams throughout each phase of construction to identify key milestones, proactively manage schedules and adapt plans as project needs evolve.

Newby has more than 25 years of industry experience, working with a variety of other firms prior to joining ÍøÆØÃÅ. He has completed multiple certifications through the Oracle University Global Project Management Course, as well as the OSHA 30-Hour training course. Newby currently resides in Lillington, N.C.

Charlotte, N.C., June 24, 2026 – ÍøÆØÃÅ, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Pendergraph to operations support coordinator, based in the Southeast region.

In this role, Pendergraph supports multiple regions, developing and maintaining operations how-to and training materials and driving process improvements – identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions across the organization. She also serves as a primary resource for other members of the Operations Support Group.

Pendergraph joined ÍøÆØÃÅ in 2018 as a project administrator and was promoted to operations support specialist in 2022. She earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and currently resides in Charlotte.

On June 2, members of the ÍøÆØÃÅ Southeast team participated in a subcontractor outreach event at The event connected subcontractors with local general contractors, key decision-makers and other industry professionals, while providing opportunities to learn about current and upcoming construction projects at the university.

During the event, ÍøÆØÃÅ Regional Operations Manager Kathryn Payne presented on the upcoming Kilgore, Scott and Thomas Halls project, on which ÍøÆØÃÅ is serving as the construction manager.

ÍøÆØÃÅ Regional Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion Denise Barnes attended an educational and networking event hosted by the . The guided networking and speed mentoring workshop was designed to help women in healthcare set workplace boundaries while maintaining connection.

Denise attended the event alongside Lake Noorman Hospital President and COO Kristie Barazsu. Denise also currently serves on the WIH North Carolina Chapter board.

To celebrate  – held annually during the first week of May – ÍøÆØÃÅ project teams across all regions hosted safety stand downs, trainings and other events focused on promoting safe work practices.

• ±õ²ÔÌýRochester,  teams holding stand downs included those working on the CUP Eastman Quad Tunnel, CABIN Research and Occupational Therapy projects.
• ±õ²ÔÌýBuffalo, the team working on the Northland Corridor Redevelopment project held a stand down and team lunch, with a guest presentation from
• ±õ²ÔÌýCentral NY, several projects held stand downs throughout the week, including the Upstate Pathology Institute, Rice and Wing Halls, and Hotel projects.
• °Õ³ó±ðÌýSoutheast team held a stand down focused on fall protection at the Reuben-Cooke project. On the Charlottle-Mecklenburg Schools projects, more than 600 workers celebrated ÍøÆØÃÅ Week by asking “What’s your why?” and sharing why they work safely.
• In Corning, the team working in the New Gymnasium project celebrated with a safety stand down.
• °Õ³ó±ðÌý team held stand downs and team lunches at the Three Bridges at Redington, James L. Simmons Apartments and North Gate Landing projects.
• In the NY Capital Region, teams led stand downs on several projects throughout the week, including the , Bleecker Hall, ECSI, Parking Garage, The Spa Little Theater, Pavilions, and Sage Hall.

These activities reinforced ÍøÆØÃÅ’s ongoing commitment to safety – ensuring all workers return home safely at the end of each day from every jobsite.

The team working on East Campus Quad landscaping at recently celebrated substantial completion of the project with an ice cream social, welcoming both the project team and students.

This project upgraded the hardscapes and landscaping at Baldwin Quad, including refreshed plantings, improved brick pedestrian paving, a new stormwater system, a restored irrigation structure and updated LED street lighting. ÍøÆØÃÅ served as the construction manager on the project through its Southeast office.

ÍøÆØÃÅ recently sponsored a panel discussion hosted by the and the . The panel, titled Healthcare Compliance: Emerging Trends and Best Practices for Managing Risk, was part of ACHE’s 2026 Legislative Day.

Southeast team members Luke Stoddard, Michael Spillars and Denise Barnes attended the event, and Luke kicked off the panel discussion. Denise also currently serves on the WIH North Carolina Chapter Board.

On March 17, members of ÍøÆØÃÅ’s Southeast team attended the  Women’s Leadership Conference.

This year’s event, titled Amplify Your Influence, featured panel discussions, interactive breakout sessions and a keynote address, all focused on providing women with the knowledge and skills to expand their impact within their organizations. Throughout the event, the ÍøÆØÃÅ team also had the opportunity to connect with attendees from organizations across the Triangle region.

ÍøÆØÃÅ Regional Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion Denise Barnes recently attended a college and career fair at ’ The school is a science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) magnet program for students in grades 9 – 12.

During the event, Denise connected with the students, sharing information about careers in the construction industry, and about ÍøÆØÃÅ.
