Durham, N.C., August 28, 2026 – ������, LLC is pleased to welcome Edward Kaufmann as a project manager in the Southeast region.

In this role, Kaufmann will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Kaufmann has more than 15 years of industry experience, working in commercial, industrial, federal and multifamily construction. In his previous roles, he gained experience across a variety of markets, managing projects ranging from commercial renovations to large-scale industrial developments. Kaufmann is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and currently resides in Durham, North Carolina.

������ teams across multiple regions are embracing the back-to-school season by supporting school supply drives in their communities.

In Rochester, ������ partnered with to collect donations for their “Operation Backpack” school supply drive.

The Southeast team partnered with to collect crayons and pencils for their “Fill That Bus” drive. In the office and across jobsites, the team collected 500 packs of both crayons and pencils to donate.

In Buffalo, the team collected donations for – a preschool that specializes in providing the proper support services for children with disabilities.

Durham N.C., July 14, 2026 – ������, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Aliana Corey to marketing coordinator I, based in the Southeast region.

In this role, Aliana supports the company’s get work efforts by developing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs). She also oversees the company’s data management processes, helping maintain accurate and consistent information across regions.

Aliana joined ������ as a marketing intern in 2022 and joined the company full time as a marketing administrator before being promoted to marketing coordinator. She graduated from Cheshire High School in 2017 and is First Aid and CPR certified.

Durham, N.C., June 30, 2026 – ������, LLC is pleased to welcome Tom Newby as a construction scheduler, based in the Southeast region.

In this role, Newby is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and ensuring projects across the region are completed on time and within budget. He collaborates closely with project teams throughout each phase of construction to identify key milestones, proactively manage schedules and adapt plans as project needs evolve.

Newby has more than 25 years of industry experience, working with a variety of other firms prior to joining ������. He has completed multiple certifications through the Oracle University Global Project Management Course, as well as the OSHA 30-Hour training course. Newby currently resides in Lillington, N.C.

Charlotte, N.C., June 24, 2026 – ������, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Pendergraph to operations support coordinator, based in the Southeast region.

In this role, Pendergraph supports multiple regions, developing and maintaining operations how-to and training materials and driving process improvements – identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions across the organization. She also serves as a primary resource for other members of the Operations Support Group.

Pendergraph joined ������ in 2018 as a project administrator and was promoted to operations support specialist in 2022. She earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and currently resides in Charlotte.

On June 2, members of the ������ Southeast team participated in a subcontractor outreach event at The event connected subcontractors with local general contractors, key decision-makers and other industry professionals, while providing opportunities to learn about current and upcoming construction projects at the university.

During the event, ������ Regional Operations Manager Kathryn Payne presented on the upcoming Kilgore, Scott and Thomas Halls project, on which ������ is serving as the construction manager.

Denise attended the event alongside Lake Noorman Hospital President and COO Kristie Barazsu. Denise also currently serves on the WIH North Carolina Chapter board.

To celebrate  – held annually during the first week of May – ������ project teams across all regions hosted safety stand downs, trainings and other events focused on promoting safe work practices.

• ������Rochester,  teams holding stand downs included those working on the CUP Eastman Quad Tunnel, CABIN Research and Occupational Therapy projects.
• ������Buffalo, the team working on the Northland Corridor Redevelopment project held a stand down and team lunch, with a guest presentation from
• ������Central NY, several projects held stand downs throughout the week, including the Upstate Pathology Institute, Rice and Wing Halls, and Hotel projects.
• �ճ����Southeast team held a stand down focused on fall protection at the Reuben-Cooke project. On the Charlottle-Mecklenburg Schools projects, more than 600 workers celebrated ������ Week by asking “What’s your why?” and sharing why they work safely.
• In Corning, the team working in the New Gymnasium project celebrated with a safety stand down.
• �ճ���� team held stand downs and team lunches at the Three Bridges at Redington, James L. Simmons Apartments and North Gate Landing projects.
• In the NY Capital Region, teams led stand downs on several projects throughout the week, including the , Bleecker Hall, ECSI, Parking Garage, The Spa Little Theater, Pavilions, and Sage Hall.
