Syracuse N.Y., August 26, 2026 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to welcome Rachel Kissinger as a project executive, based in Central NY.

In this role, Kissinger will manage large or multiple projects for core clients, with accountability for quality, value and safety, as well as responsibility for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members.

Kissinger has more than 20 years of industry experience, leading complex capital projects in the higher education and public sectors. Most recently, she served as a project manager at Cornell University where she managed more than 85 projects 鈥� ranging from lab renovations to infrastructure upgrades 鈥� totaling more than $150 million in construction value.

She earned an M.S. in human environment relations, facilities planning and management, with a minor in real estate, from Cornell University, and a B.S. in liberal studies from SUNY Brockport. Kissinger is also a LEED庐 Accredited Professional, Building Design and Construction (LEED AP庐 BD+C). In addition, she serves as an instructor for Ithaca Area Economic Development鈥檚 Tompkins Build 鈥� Pathways to Apprenticeship program. 

Four 网曝门 projects have been honored in the ENR Regional Best Projects competition. Held annually by Engineering News-Record, the competition recognizes construction projects across the U.S. 鈥� based on geographic region. 网曝门 earned recognition for four New York projects from ENR East:

The Cornell University Computing & Information Science (CIS) building received a Best Project Award in the Higher Education/Research category. The 134,972-SF building with two four-story wings features maker space, builder labs, an active learning classroom, a coffee shop and collaborative commons areas on the ground floor, with research and administrative spaces on the upper floors.

The Oak Hill Country Club Master Plan Renovation & Expansion received a Best Project Award in the Sports/Entertainment category. The 85,000-SF project included 60,000 SF of renovations and a 25,000-SF addition to the existing clubhouse. The upgraded facility features a state-of-the-art ballroom, the Donald Ross Pub, spacious outdoor patios and enhanced dining and event areas.

The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Performing Arts Center project received an Award of Merit in the Cultural/Worship category. The four-story, 50,000-SF facility features a 750-seat theater with two balconies and a restored, historic theater organ. In addition to the main performance hall, the facility includes dedicated rehearsal space, costume and scene shops, office areas, and a variety of public and backstage support spaces.

The Saratoga County Airport New Terminal Building and Jet Hangar received an Award of Merit in the Airport/Transit category. This project involved the construction of a new fixed-base operator terminal building and an adjacent 20,000-SF jet hangar. The new terminal features a spacious lobby, passenger waiting area, rental car counter, pilot lounge, conference room and on-site restaurant.

Members of the Central NY team recently participated in the聽Shooting 4 Soldiers聽sporting clays fundraiser, supporting .

The team enjoyed a great afternoon of camaraderie, friendly competition and fun 鈥� all in support of a great cause.

On June 9, members of the Central NY team participated in the at Onondaga Lake Park. The annual event brings together companies and teams from across the region for an evening of team building, networking and connecting with others in the community.

It was a great evening connecting with community members to support Scouting America and the important work they do to inspire youth through leadership, service and character-building experiences. 网曝门 was also a sponsor of the event.

To celebrate聽聽鈥� held annually during the first week of May 鈥� 网曝门 project teams across all regions hosted safety stand downs, trainings and other events focused on promoting safe work practices.

• 滨苍听Rochester,聽 teams holding stand downs included those working on the CUP Eastman Quad Tunnel, CABIN Research and Occupational Therapy projects.
• 滨苍听Buffalo, the team working on the Northland Corridor Redevelopment project held a stand down and team lunch, with a guest presentation from
• 滨苍听Central NY, several projects held stand downs throughout the week, including the Upstate Pathology Institute, Rice and Wing Halls, and Hotel projects.
• 罢丑别听Southeast team held a stand down focused on fall protection at the Reuben-Cooke project. On the Charlottle-Mecklenburg Schools projects, more than 600 workers celebrated 网曝门 Week by asking “What’s your why?” and sharing why they work safely.
• In Corning, the team working in the New Gymnasium project celebrated with a safety stand down.
• 罢丑别听聽team held stand downs and team lunches at the Three Bridges at Redington, James L. Simmons Apartments and North Gate Landing projects.
• In the聽NY Capital Region, teams led stand downs on several projects throughout the week, including the , Bleecker Hall, ECSI, Parking Garage, The Spa Little Theater, Pavilions, and Sage Hall.

These activities reinforced 网曝门鈥檚 ongoing commitment to safety 鈥� ensuring all workers return home safely at the end of each day from every jobsite.

On April 22, a group of 网曝门 Central NY employees volunteered at the聽 for their Earth Day cleanup event. Throughout the day, the team helped clean up and refresh various areas of the zoo in preparation for the warmer months ahead.

On April 6, members of members of 网曝门鈥檚 Central NY team attended the 鈥淢eet the Generals鈥� event hosted by the .

The event offers local contractors and suppliers the opportunity to connect with general contractors and construction management firms in the area. During the event, the 网曝门 team met with more than 50 local suppliers and trade partners, sharing information about the company and potential partnership opportunities.

The Upstate Pathology Institute project at recently reached a major milestone with the placement of the final beam, topping out the new facility.

Once complete, the three-story, 109,000-SF clinical lab facility will consolidate the University鈥檚 pathology services into a single location in DeWitt, NY. The facility will also include teaching, conference and employee support spaces, along with areas designated for drone and courier specimen transport, helping the institute better serve the surrounding community.

网曝门 is serving as design-builder on the project, which is expected to be completed in spring 2027.
