Members of the Central NY team recently participated in the Shooting 4 Soldiers sporting clays fundraiser, supporting .

The team enjoyed a great afternoon of camaraderie, friendly competition and fun – all in support of a great cause.

On June 9, members of the Central NY team participated in the at Onondaga Lake Park. The annual event brings together companies and teams from across the region for an evening of team building, networking and connecting with others in the community.

������ Senior Vice President Lee Sommerman and members of the Central NY team attended ’s annual Scout Power event.

It was a great evening connecting with community members to support Scouting America and the important work they do to inspire youth through leadership, service and character-building experiences. ������ was also a sponsor of the event.

To celebrate  – held annually during the first week of May – ������ project teams across all regions hosted safety stand downs, trainings and other events focused on promoting safe work practices.

• ������Rochester,  teams holding stand downs included those working on the CUP Eastman Quad Tunnel, CABIN Research and Occupational Therapy projects.
• ������Buffalo, the team working on the Northland Corridor Redevelopment project held a stand down and team lunch, with a guest presentation from
• ������Central NY, several projects held stand downs throughout the week, including the Upstate Pathology Institute, Rice and Wing Halls, and Hotel projects.
• �ճ����Southeast team held a stand down focused on fall protection at the Reuben-Cooke project. On the Charlottle-Mecklenburg Schools projects, more than 600 workers celebrated ������ Week by asking “What’s your why?” and sharing why they work safely.
• In Corning, the team working in the New Gymnasium project celebrated with a safety stand down.
• �ճ���� team held stand downs and team lunches at the Three Bridges at Redington, James L. Simmons Apartments and North Gate Landing projects.
• In the NY Capital Region, teams led stand downs on several projects throughout the week, including the , Bleecker Hall, ECSI, Parking Garage, The Spa Little Theater, Pavilions, and Sage Hall.

These activities reinforced ������’s ongoing commitment to safety – ensuring all workers return home safely at the end of each day from every jobsite.

On April 22, a group of ������ Central NY employees volunteered at the  for their Earth Day cleanup event. Throughout the day, the team helped clean up and refresh various areas of the zoo in preparation for the warmer months ahead.

On April 6, members of members of ������’s Central NY team attended the “Meet the Generals” event hosted by the .

The event offers local contractors and suppliers the opportunity to connect with general contractors and construction management firms in the area. During the event, the ������ team met with more than 50 local suppliers and trade partners, sharing information about the company and potential partnership opportunities.

The Upstate Pathology Institute project at recently reached a major milestone with the placement of the final beam, topping out the new facility.

Once complete, the three-story, 109,000-SF clinical lab facility will consolidate the University’s pathology services into a single location in DeWitt, NY. The facility will also include teaching, conference and employee support spaces, along with areas designated for drone and courier specimen transport, helping the institute better serve the surrounding community.

������ is serving as design-builder on the project, which is expected to be completed in spring 2027.
