ÍøÆØÃÅ recently joined Guthrie Community Credit Union in celebrating the ribbon cutting of its new headquarters in Sayre, PA.

The new two-story, 14,000-SF facility was designed to better serve members and the surrounding community. The building features modern office space, a drive-through window and a 1,000-SF community room – creating a welcoming space for both employees and members. Following the Guthrie team’s move into the new headquarters, the former building was demolished to complete the project.

Congratulations to the entire project team and our partners bringing this new community- focused facility to life.

The Buffalo office came together to host a food drive to help local families in need.

Led by Caitlin Lattanzio and Stephanie Pennington, employees donated nonperishable food items to support Gerard Place’s food pantry. Gerard Place is a Buffalo nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals and families through supportive housing, education, outreach and food distribution programs.

Durham N.C., July 14, 2026 – ÍøÆØÃÅ, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Aliana Corey to marketing coordinator I, based in the Southeast region.

In this role, Aliana supports the company’s get work efforts by developing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs). She also oversees the company’s data management processes, helping maintain accurate and consistent information across regions.

Aliana joined ÍøÆØÃÅ as a marketing intern in 2022 and joined the company full time as a marketing administrator before being promoted to marketing coordinator. She graduated from Cheshire High School in 2017 and is First Aid and CPR certified.

ÍøÆØÃÅ recently participated in the 2026 summer conference in Lake Placid. The three-day event brings together hundreds of representatives from rural school districts across the state for presentations, breakout sessions and networking opportunities.

ÍøÆØÃÅ team members Dylan Gifford and Ken Osmun attended the event, connecting with teams from numerous school districts and sharing information about ÍøÆØÃÅ and our K-12 project experience.

On July 9, members of ÍøÆØÃÅ’s NY Metro team participated in the Corporate FunRun in Westchester. The annual 5K is an opportunity for organizations in the area to come together for a night of team building.

The ÍøÆØÃÅ team enjoyed the opportunity to connect with teams from organizations across the NY Metro region.

On June 26, a group of ÍøÆØÃÅ summer interns volunteered their time to help prepare ESL Ballpark – home of the – for the Gus Macker three-on-three basketball tournament. The nationwide event brings together local community members of all ages to celebrate the history of street basketball.

The ÍøÆØÃÅ team joined the and other volunteers to help assemble basketball courts and hoops ahead of the tournament.

ÍøÆØÃÅ project administrators from all regions recently came together in Rochester for a two-day summit focused on collaboration, professional development and best practices.

The summit featured presentations and discussions about legal, insurance, risk management and different technologies and programs, as well as opportunities for regional teams to share how they approach their work. The event also included a guest presenter from who talked about adaptability.

Corning, N.Y., July 6, 2026 – ÍøÆØÃÅ, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Nates Hayes to assistant project manager, based in Corning.

In this role, Hayes will help manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Hayes joined ÍøÆØÃÅ as a project engineer in 2023, and has since worked on a variety of projects across the Corning region. He holds both a bachelor of technology in construction supervision and an associate of occupational studies in building construction from Alfred State College. Hayes currently resides in Bath, New York.

On June 25, ÍøÆØÃÅ joined in a groundbreaking ceremony celebrating the start of work on a new central fire station for the .

The project will transform an existing building into a new fire station featuring wide apparatus bay aprons, a 10-bed dormitory, officer-in-charge room, radio room, kitchen, support spaces and a 2,500-SF, two-bay secondary storage garage. The new facility will also house the city’s emergency operations center and training rooms.

ÍøÆØÃÅ is serving as the general contractor on the project through its NY Metro office.

On Friday, June 26, members of ÍøÆØÃÅ’s Buffalo team volunteered their time to support the (BUDC) Temporary Intersection Redesign project. The team joined other volunteers to help install temporary street improvements in Roosevelt Plaza in downtown Buffalo.
