Last week, a group of 网曝门 employees teamed up with employees from to volunteer at the Paychex Discover Center.

The team worked with students from the , guiding them through the JA BizTown simulation. Team members shared insights as students stepped into the roles of business leaders, employees and community members while learning about money, careers and real-world decision making.

网曝门 served as design-builder on the Discovery Center project, which opened in February 2024.

网曝门 recently joined ,听听补苍诲听 in a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating completion of Jenkins Cottage 鈥� the first new building completed as part of the Golisano Campus at Crestwood expansion project.

网曝门 Chairman and CEO Bill Goodrich, Vice Chairman Will Mack and President Kyle Sayers attended the event along side members of the project team.

网曝门 鈥� through its Rochester office 鈥� is serving as construction manager on the campus expansion project, which will add new cottages with single bedrooms and private bathrooms, as well as recreational spaces, a courtyard and various technology and utility upgrades.

On May 7, 网曝门鈥檚 Buffalo team competed in the annual Tap Takeover event hosted by the .

The team faced off against employees from to raise money for the NAWIC scholarship fund. In the end, team 网曝门 came out on top, and the event raised more than $7,000 for scholarships.

On May 7, 网曝门 joined in a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate completion of the club terrace roof project. 网曝门 Regional Operations Manager Chris Kulik attended the event alongside members of the project team.

网曝门 served as general contractor on the project through its Buffalo office.

On May 5, 网曝门 team members Stephanie Pennington, Sierra Sadowski and MacKenzie Muldowney attended the LIFT Community Connections women鈥檚 networking event at Trocaire College.

The event provided attendees with an opportunity to network, share experiences and learn more about resources available through local women-focused nonprofit organizations. 网曝门 was also a sponsor of the event.

To celebrate聽聽鈥� held annually during the first week of May 鈥� 网曝门 project teams across all regions hosted safety stand downs, trainings and other events focused on promoting safe work practices.

• 滨苍听Rochester,听 teams holding stand downs included those working on the CUP Eastman Quad Tunnel, CABIN Research and Occupational Therapy projects.
• 滨苍听Buffalo, the team working on the Northland Corridor Redevelopment project held a stand down and team lunch, with a guest presentation from
• 滨苍听Central NY, several projects held stand downs throughout the week, including the Upstate Pathology Institute, Rice and Wing Halls, and Hotel projects.
• 罢丑别听Southeast team held a stand down focused on fall protection at the Reuben-Cooke project. On the Charlottle-Mecklenburg Schools projects, more than 600 workers celebrated 网曝门 Week by asking “What’s your why?” and sharing why they work safely.
• In Corning, the team working in the New Gymnasium project celebrated with a safety stand down.
• 罢丑别听聽team held stand downs and team lunches at the Three Bridges at Redington, James L. Simmons Apartments and North Gate Landing projects.
• In the聽NY Capital Region, teams led stand downs on several projects throughout the week, including the , Bleecker Hall, ECSI, Parking Garage, The Spa Little Theater, Pavilions, and Sage Hall.

These activities reinforced 网曝门鈥檚 ongoing commitment to safety 鈥� ensuring all workers return home safely at the end of each day from every jobsite.

网曝门 recently joined in a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating completion of the Muller Field Station Expansion project. 网曝门 Vice President Raymond F. 网曝门 II attended the event.

网曝门 鈥� through its Rochester office 鈥� served as agency CM on the project, which included a new bunkhouse, an expanded sewer system, additional parking and a bus turnaround. The expanded facility will support more immersive learning and research opportunities for K-12 and college students, as well as local community members.

The team working on East Campus Quad landscaping at recently celebrated substantial completion of the project with an ice cream social, welcoming both the project team and students.

This project upgraded the hardscapes and landscaping at Baldwin Quad, including refreshed plantings, improved brick pedestrian paving, a new stormwater system, a restored irrigation structure and updated LED street lighting. 网曝门 served as the construction manager on the project through its Southeast office.

Every serious injury or fatality starts somewhere. More often than not, the warning signs are there 鈥� and someone sees them.

Each year, Construction 网曝门 Week is an opportunity to reflect and recommit to our safety efforts. This year鈥檚 theme 鈥� “All in Together. Recognize, Respond, Respect鈥� 鈥� draws attention to high-hazard work and preventing serious incidents, which resonates with what we鈥檙e focusing on as a company.

At 网曝门, Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs) and Potential Serious Injuries and Fatalities (PSIFs) prevention is not a trend or a talking point. It鈥檚 a responsibility we carry every day. The conditions our teams face 鈥� falls, struck-by hazards, stored energy, caught-in situations 鈥� are real, and the margin for error is small.

One of the most powerful tools we have is also one of the simplest: safety observations.

When someone takes a moment to stop, look and document a hazard before it leads to an incident, that is SIF prevention in action. That is “Recognize, Respond, Respect,” not as a slogan, but as a behavior.

We have seen this play out on our jobsites in many different ways. A worker flags improper fall protection before a crew returns to the scaffold. A superintendent documents a near miss and shares it at the next morning鈥檚 safety huddle. These actions may seem small, but their impact is significant.

Being “All in Together means safety doesn鈥檛 begin and end with our safety team. It requires every superintendent, every project manager, every trade partner and every worker to own it. Submit the observation. Respond to it. Learn from it. Share it.

During Construction 网曝门 Week, and every week, our goal remains the same: ensure everyone goes home the same way they came to work. That does not happen by accident. That outcome is made possible when everyone takes ownership of safety, one decision, one observation and one action at a time.

On April 22, a group of 网曝门 Central NY employees volunteered at the聽 for their Earth Day cleanup event. Throughout the day, the team helped clean up and refresh various areas of the zoo in preparation for the warmer months ahead.
