Rochester N.Y., September 17, 2026 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Raymond W. 网曝门 II to senior leader of planning and design, based in Rochester.

In this role, 网曝门 oversees preconstruction efforts for core clients and select design-build projects, as well as company-wide design standards. He develops conceptual architectural designs for feasibility studies and early preconstruction, leveraging his expertise in design, constructability and sequencing to fill critical information gaps, improve estimating and scheduling accuracy and reduce turnaround times.

网曝门 joined the company as a project manager in 2021. Before that, he spent eight years in New York City working in architectural design, urban planning and real estate development. 网曝门 earned a master鈥檚 degree in real estate development from New York University, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in architecture from Syracuse University. He also has LEED庐 Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, is a certified Design-Build Professional庐 through the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and is a NYS licensed architect. 网曝门 serves on many local organization boards, including the DBIA Liberty chapter, Rochester Architecture Foundation and the Junior Builders鈥� Exchange (JBX).

A successful construction project takes more than completing the work on schedule. It requires strong collaboration, attention to the client鈥檚 needs and a shared commitment to delivering a quality result.

网曝门 brought that approach to the recent Noyes bathroom renovation at Vassar College, where the NY Metro team served as construction manager for a multi-level renovation completed in time for the fall semester.

The project marked 网曝门鈥檚 first construction management project with Vassar, while providing preconstruction services for other campus projects.

With a tight summer schedule and students returning in the fall, the project team worked closely with Vassar and trade partners to keep construction moving and address challenges as they arose. 网曝门鈥檚 self-perform team also played an important role throughout the project, helping resolve layout and coordination challenges while putting in additional hours when needed to keep the project on schedule.

The team鈥檚 efforts made a strong impression on the Vassar project team.

Members of 网曝门鈥檚 Southeast team recently participated in the Community Matters 5K supporting the . Proceeds from the event support the organization鈥檚 efforts to provide services to community members struggling with substance abuse and homelessness.

On September 11, a team of Rochester 网曝门 employees participated in the Community Meal Pack Event. Held annually in collaboration with , the event brings together local companies, first responders and other nonprofit partners to honor the anniversary of September 11 through service.

The 网曝门 team members were among a group of more than 400 volunteers who helped pack more than 145,000 healthy, shelf-stable meals for families in need. 网曝门 was also a sponsor of the event.

Armonk, N.Y., September 14, 2026 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to welcome Christopher Chippa as a project executive, based in the NY Metro region.

In this role, Chippa will manage large or multiple projects for core clients, with accountability for quality, value and safety, as well as responsibility for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members.

Chippa has more than 15 years of industry experience, working on numerous projects through a variety of delivery methods across the NY Metro region. He specializes in projects requiring critical advanced planning, difficult staging and logistics, and fast-track schedules. Chippa earned an M.S. in systems engineering from John Hopkins University and a B.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland.

Members of 网曝门鈥檚  recently partnered with the  to place flags for the annual September 11 tribute at the organization鈥檚 office in Vestal, N.Y. Together, the team arranged 2,977 flags 鈥� one honoring each person who lost their life on 9/11.

On September 3, 网曝门 joined in a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating completion of its recent hospital expansion project. 网曝门 Senior Vice President Jim McKenna spoke at the event, highlighting the partnership behind the project and the incredible impact it will have on the community.

The expansion included two new state-of-the-art operating rooms and a permanent cardiac catheterization lab. These upgrades will help the hospital meet the growing demand for surgical care, provide the additional space needed for advanced procedures and enhance overall patient care.

The event, titled 鈥淲e Messed Up鈥� focused on how every successful leader has made mistakes along the way. Denise and the other presenters each shared a short story about a mistake they made in their career and what they learned from it.

网曝门 Assistant Project Manager Tesa Debroux, who currently serves on the NAWIC Triangle Chapter board, also attended the event.

On August 27, 网曝门 Vice President Paul Cundiff and members of the project team joined in a groundbreaking for the Perry & Main project in Port Jefferson, NY.

When complete, the affordable and workforce housing community will feature 53 units, as well as a residential parking garage, lobby, mail room, fitness room, laundry facilities and commercial space on the first floor.

Durham, N.C., August 28, 2026 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to welcome Edward Kaufmann as a project manager in the Southeast region.

In this role, Kaufmann will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Kaufmann has more than 15 years of industry experience, working in commercial, industrial, federal and multifamily construction. In his previous roles, he gained experience across a variety of markets, managing projects ranging from commercial renovations to large-scale industrial developments. Kaufmann is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and currently resides in Durham, North Carolina.
