Regional Operations Manager Andrew McKay manages a core set of client relationships, and oversees employee/subcontractor relationships and daily operations – including training and compliance of all project team members. He is responsible for ensuring ÍøÆØÃÅ delivers projects and services that meet or exceed expectations for safety, quality and value, focusing on core accounts and customer relationships in the New York Capital Region. Andrew joined ÍøÆØÃÅ as a project engineer in 2010, working through a variety of leadership roles before being named regional operations manager in 2023. He received a A.S. in construction technology from Hudson Valley Community College, and a B.S. in construction management from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Andrew has also completed the OSHA 30 certification.
