Charlotte, N.C., January 7, 2026 – , LLC, has promoted Kathryn Taylor Payne to regional operations manager, supporting the company’s continued growth across the Charlotte market.

Over the past year, has made an impact in Charlotte through major projects that include a 98,000-SF Mecklenburg County Civil Court renovation currently in the preconstruction phase, a lab and administration building for a confidential science and technology client and the continued management of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools’ Capital Improvements Program – one of the largest K-12 construction programs in the nation.

In her new leadership role, Payne will provide support for both new and ongoing projects, oversee local operations, and work to further strengthen client, employee and subcontractor relationships in the area.

Since joining in the 2016 acquisition of Lendlease operations in Raleigh-Durham, Payne’s operational leadership and market knowledge have been instrumental in supporting 󲹲’s growth in North Carolina and the Southeast. She has nearly a decade of experience leading complex construction efforts, including major projects for the education sector. Her work has been recognized with several prominent awards, most recently a 2025 Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas for a renovation and addition at the University of North Carolina at Chapell Hill’s Avery Residence Hall.

Senior Project Manager Vincent Spencer recently volunteered with the (NOMA) at the Project Pipeline summer camp in Charlotte.

Local middle and high school students participating in the camp – majority of whom attend – worked closely with architects and designers to learn the fundamentals of design. It was a great opportunity for Vincent to share his design and construction expertise with the students and help them create their own designs.

Vincent is also a current board member of NC NOMA.

, LLC has announced several key promotions in New York and North Carolina.

The following have been named senior vice presidents:

  • Seth London, based in Durham, leads 󲹲’s southeast region – overseeing efforts to expand the company’s business in North Carolina and the surrounding areas. He is responsible for managing client, employee and subcontractor relationships, as well as overseeing daily operations and ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations. London joined in the 2016 acquisition of Lendlease operations in North Carolina – bringing two decades of experience in all phases of building construction. He was named a vice president in 2018. He has an MBA in finance, as well as a BS in construction engineering and management, from North Carolina State University.
  • Jim McKenna assumed leadership of 󲹲’s Rochester operations in early 2024. He also continues to lead the company’s design-build efforts and to support the Real Estate Development team. He has 25 years of industry experience, and prior to joining in 2021 he served was VP of construction at a prominent commercial real estate development and management company. McKenna has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Ohio University and is a certified Design-Build Professional® through the Design-Build Institute of America.
  • Peter Muench joined 20 years ago as a project estimator, and worked his way through a number of positions before taking oversight of Preconstruction Services in 2015. In addition to continuing to lead the company’s preconstruction efforts, Muench supports 󲹲’s ‘get work’ and business development efforts across New York State. Peter earned a B.S. in civil engineering technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and has Certified Healthcare Constructor accreditation from the American Hospital Association.
  • Jim Scheirer joined as a project engineer in 1998. After working his way through various positions within the company, he was named a regional operations manager in 2019, and a vice president in 2020. In addition to managing relationships with key clients in Rochester, he oversees the company’s strategic relationship with Greenlight Networks and provides executive support for 󲹲’s NY Capital Region operations. Scheirer has a B.S. in civil engineering technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

In other appointments:

  • Dan Kramell has been named a vice president. Kramell serves as executive superintendent and director of field operations, responsible for self-perform operations on projects across Western New York and in other areas of the state as needed. He started his career in 1988 as a carpenter apprentice before working as a journeyman carpenter and foreman. He joined as a superintendent in 2003, was named director of field operations in 2012 and executive superintendent in 2021. At , he has worked on a variety of new construction and renovation projects in the health care, industrial, higher education and commercial sectors.
  • Eric Colavecchio has been named a regional operations manager, focused on expanding 󲹲’s self-perform and general contracting business in the Buffalo, Rochester, and Central New York regions. He will manage client, employee and subcontractor relationships, and oversee daily operations – ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations for safety, quality and value. Colavecchio joined in 1999, and was named a project executive in 2017. He holds a BS degree in civil engineering technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and is an accredited professional through the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
  • Steve Corletta has been named regional operations manager in the NY Metro office. Corletta will work to grow 󲹲’s business in the greater NY metropolitan area, with responsibility for managing client, employee and subcontractor relationships, as well as overseeing daily operations and ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations for safety, quality and value. Corletta began his construction career in 2001 after graduating from Binghamton University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. He joined as a project manager in 2010, and was promoted to project executive in 2018 – transferring to the NY Metro area in 2022. Corletta holds LEED AP (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council.
