ÍøÆØÃÅ has earned a Diamond Award – the highest rating in the ABC Carolinas’ 2024 (STEP).
The rating is based on ÍøÆØÃÅ’s participation in STEP and on achieving a safety record over the past three years that is significantly better than industry averages.
Established in 1989, STEP is a safety benchmarking and improvement tool. Participating ABC member firms assess their safety processes and policies using the STEP key component system, aiming to implement and enhance programs that reduce jobsite incident rates.
