Mecklenburg County | Civil Court Renovation
This project includes substantial interior renovations and exterior envelope upgrades to the multi-story, 98,000-SF Civil Courts building at 800 East 4th Street in Charlotte. The scope of work also includes the replacement or repair of existing mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
When complete, the updated facility will feature new offices, conference rooms, courtrooms and other support spaces.
