Conifer Realty | Carman Place Apartments
This project included the construction of two affordable housing buildings with shared parking and future retail spaces. Each five-story structure was built using a combination of poured concrete and wood framing, above an underground cast-in-place parking garage. One building includes 156 units, with the second building providing an additional 72 units. Both buildings also feature amenity spaces, community rooms and mechanical rooms.
