This new affordable housing community includes ten wood-framed apartment buildings and a centralized clubhouse, providing a total of 120 units. The development will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including dedicated units for veterans supported by local service organizations. Residents will have access to a variety of community-focused amenities, including a fitness center, community room, playground and landscaped outdoor spaces.
The project incorporates energy-efficient, all-electric building systems designed to meet NYSERDA Tier 3 standards. The scope also includes comprehensive site development, featuring passive recreation areas, enhanced pedestrian connectivity and infrastructure improvements that support long-term sustainability and integration with the surrounding neighborhood.
