M&T Bank | Technology Hub
Located in the City of Buffalo鈥檚 tallest building 鈥� Seneca One Tower 鈥� this project turned vacant space into modern, tech-ready office space that houses 1,600 employees. Renovations took place in 15 of the building鈥檚 38 floors, creating a 400,000-SF, open-concept innovation facility, technology hub and a standalone tech academy. The new tech academy provides Buffalo community members access to programs for acquiring or enhancing the skills necessary to be part of the city鈥檚 tech industry.
