Greater Binghamton Airport | Terminal Renovations
This project renovated and expanded the existing terminal at the Greater Binghamton Airport. The scope of work included the construction of a new terminal hold room area and drive canopy, as well as upgrades to the exterior entry points.
Inside, upgrades were made to the existing terminal area, restrooms, lobby and baggage areas. The electrical and mechanical systems also underwent major upgrades. In addition, the project added two new boarding bridges, new TSA equipment and newly paved drive areas and parking. A new geothermal well field was installed in the existing rental car parking lot to provide heating and cooling to the facility.
