On April 25, the Tri-State office hosted the International Facility Management Association鈥檚 monthly meeting.
The IFMA Westchester-Putnam Valley Chapter, a group dedicated to the promotion and development of the facility management profession, partnered with The Business Council of Westchester鈥檚 Green Business Partnership team for this after-work networking and education event. During the event, 网曝门 Project Manager and LEED AP庐 Erika Conradt gave attendees a tour of Armonk鈥檚 鈥済reen鈥� facility. The office received LEED Platinum and GBP certification in 2011, which聽at that time was the first platinum certification in New York State to be awarded outside of New York City.
Many Tri-State clients, architects and suppliers including PepsiCo, FujiFilm, and Dennis Noskin Architects were at the meeting.
