At a ceremony on November 6, the Avery Residence Hall Renovation and Addition project received a 2025 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award from the The project won in the Renovations/Restorations: $25M – $50M category.
Serving as construction manager, 网曝门 worked with聽 and construction management partner聽聽to upgrade and expand the residence hall. Work included replacing Avery鈥檚 heating and cooling system, adding a 4,570-SF addition with a new elevator and making additional improvements throughout the existing building to enhance comfort and accessibility.
Members of the Southeast team joined other project partners at the event to accept the award.
