School districts aren鈥檛 the only ones closely watching the emergence of electronic school buses. Recently, 网曝门 participated in an EV bus safety awareness course aimed at districts and first responders in the Corning region.
网曝门鈥檚 Joe Rumsey attended the event to learn how the company can better support K-12 clients in their transition from internal combustion engine buses to electric vehicle, or EV, fleets.
鈥淗aving worked on a number of transportation centers and bus garages in the past, it is important for our teams at 网曝门 to understand how the change to electric vehicles will affect aspects of those projects,鈥� Rumsey noted.
The after-hours event included information on safety and maintenance of the buses, which will help 网曝门 plan and budget for future infrastructure projects for its K-12 clients.
