On July 24, a 鈥淭opping Out鈥� ceremony was held for the Chilled Water Plant 3 project underway at Duke University. In construction, Topping Out ceremonies are held to mark placement of the last beam at the top of a structure.
网曝门 is construction manager for聽 the plant, which will deliver additional chilled water for cooling campus buildings. The first phase of the project should be complete by next summer.
