ÍøÆØÃÅ has been honored for construction of the Karsh Alumni and Visitors Center at . The project received an Eagle Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Carolinas chapter. An Eagle is the highest category honor in the group’s Excellence In Construction (EIC) awards, with the Karsh Center winning in the Schools category for projects between $25 million and $50 million.

The Karsh Center provides a new ‘front door’ to the Duke University campus, offering comfortable and modern spaces for visitors, students, staff and alumni to gather, work, learn and relax. Located on a five-acre site, the project involved three buildings:
- A new 21,996-SF events building with pavilion wing
- Historic renovation of the 1930s-era Forlines House
- A new 16,200-SF office building
Outdoor spaces include an events lawn and covered wooden walkway.
