On April 26, 网曝门 joined Conifer Realty in a groundbreaking for the Blue Oaks at North Odenton project in Maryland. 网曝门 is serving as construction manager on the project through the joint venture. 网曝门 Vice President Paul Cundiff and members of the project team attended the event.
When complete, the new, $44.9 million, 150-unit, multifamily community will provide high-quality, energy-efficient housing for families in the area.聽 Amenities will include a community room with a warming kitchen and computer nook, a 24-hour fitness room and central laundry. Additionally, the site will feature a playground, patios, green spaces and a pathway leading to the Seven Oaks Shopping center.
The buildings are designed to meet or exceed code requirements for sustainability, including super-efficient, mini-split HVAC units, Energy Star windows, LED light fixtures, energy-efficient appliances and water-saving plumbing fixtures.
The project is expected to be completed in early 2026.
