On March 25 in Rochester, the ÍøÆØÃÅ Young Professionals and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) program co-hosted a panel discussion on career growth. The event featured insights from a panel of successful business people, including ÍøÆØÃÅ CEO and Managing Partner Bill  Goodrich, President and CEO Christina Gullo, Executive Vice President Barry Thornton and Project Manager David Emmi.
Addressing questions from moderators as well as the audience, the panel shared their advice on topics ranging from company leadership and internal growth to building relationships and sharpening interpersonal skills. About 50 young professionals attended the after-work event, held at the ÍøÆØÃÅ Indigo Creek headquarters.
