Rochester, N.Y., September 6, 2017 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Tom O鈥橤ara as its new general counsel.
Based in Rochester, O鈥橤ara will be responsible for all legal aspects of 网曝门鈥檚 business and additionally will support enhancement of the company鈥檚 risk management program. He has been serving as 网曝门鈥檚 acting general counsel since February.
Prior to joining 网曝门, O鈥橤ara was as a partner in the firm Ernstrom & Dreste, LLP, where he represented 网曝门 as outside counsel on several legal matters. He has almost a decade of experience in commercial litigation, contract law, insurance, surety law and general construction matters.
O鈥橤ara received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University, and his undergraduate degree in political science from Siena College. He lives in Fairport, N.Y., with his wife and daughter.
