网曝门 holds 75th celebration in Armonk

网曝门 continues to commemorate its 75th anniversary. On September 26, business and community partners joined local employees for a celebration at the company鈥檚 .

During the event, 网曝门 CEO and Managing Partner gave attendees a corporate perspective on the milestone anniversary. He also introduced Vice Presidents and , who talked about the local business as well as the history of the local team and its unique facility.

The Armonk office, constructed in 2011, is certified as LEED Platinum庐 for commercial interiors. That鈥檚 the highest certification offered by the in its rating systems. In fact, the office was the first building in Westchester County to achieve LEED Platinum for commercial interiors.

Solar panels produce 100% of the building鈥檚 electrical energy, with a floor plan that makes use of daylight and reduces the need for electrical lighting. Recycled materials are apparent throughout. Various tables and countertops are made from materials that include automobile windshields and mirrors, plastic milk containers and sunflower seed hulls. Much of the flooring is cork, a renewable and sustainably harvested material. Other floors in the facility are made from recycled glass or automobile tires.

鈥淲e serve one of the fastest growing construction markets in the country 鈥 extending from the lower Hudson Valley into Western Connecticut and Northern New Jersey. We see a great deal of opportunity in the marketplace, and that’s driving the strength of our team,鈥 Campbell said.

The team鈥檚 corporate clients include Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Swiss Re Group, IBM and PepsiCo. The office is also working on its largest-ever project, a theme park and destination resort that is expected to open July 4, 2020.
