Rochester, N.Y., December 16, 2025 鈥� 网曝门, LLC is pleased to announce that two of its functional leaders 鈥� Cheryl Colavecchio and Russell Smith 鈥� have been named senior vice presidents. Both appointments are effective immediately.
Cheryl Colavecchio, who leads the company鈥檚 People and Culture team, is responsible for organizational development (OD), talent acquisition and human resources (HR) functions at 网曝门. She joined the firm in 2015, bringing a unique blend of experience leading both OD and HR teams. Her career spans over 25 years in healthcare, non-profit, construction and consulting settings. Named vice president in 2022, she has a master鈥檚 degree in human resources development and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology, both from St. John Fisher University. She is accredited as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Russell (Rusty) Smith leads the Marketing, Business Development and Communications functions across 网曝门 regions and markets. That includes responsibility for driving get-work efforts, growing brand awareness and enhancing customer engagement and relationships. Smith has over 25 years of construction experience, starting his career as a purchasing assistant and progressing to roles in project management and business development. He joined 网曝门 in 2014 as regional director of business development for the Southern Tier Region of New York, became 网曝门鈥檚 corporate business development director at the end of 2016 and was named a vice president in early 2018.
