ÍøÆØÃÅ on hand for ribbon cutting at Virgil I. Grissom School

ÍøÆØÃÅ was Agency CM for the $25 million improvement project that covered renovation of about 65,000 SF of interior space and construction of a new 11,000 SF addition. Renovations included new finishes and doors, HVAC, plumbing and electrical upgrades, asbestos abatement, window replacement, site and parking lot rehabilitation.  The addition provided space for administrative offices, the nurse’s office, classrooms and a new main entry.
