On May 22, 网曝门 participated in the Young Women鈥檚 Leadership Summit at the Paychex Discovery Center.
The summit offered local high school students a unique opportunity to connect with professionals, build confidence and explore potential career pathways through interactive breakout sessions, guided mentor activities and a panel discussion with female leaders.
网曝门 Human Resources Generalist Melynda Noble and Director of Human Resources Wendy Spence attended the event as mentors. They met with small groups of students throughout the day, sharing insights on various career paths in construction and answering student questions related to interviewing, employee benefits and company culture.
