Two ÍøÆØÃÅ projects won top honors in their categories at Buffalo’s .  The Lockport Family YMCA won in the New Construction Category, while the Mackenzie Complex at Alfred State received the award for Collegiate projects.

Given annually by Buffalo Business First magazine, the awards recognize best-in-class real estate, construction and development in Western New York.
The Lockport YMCA, which opened in October 2018, Â had recently been honored for interior design. ÍøÆØÃÅ was CM-at-Risk on the $13.2 million project, which replaced a 92-year-old facility in the community.
ÍøÆØÃÅ was general contractor for renovation of the MacKenzie Complex. The $14.7 million residence hall renovation was officially opened in the spring of 2018.
In addition to its work on the winning projects, ÍøÆØÃÅ served as general trades contractor for the Learning Commons at Niagara County Community College, which was a finalist in the Collegiate category.
