In this role, Miller commands a wide range of responsibilities. He collaborates with senior executives to develop plans and strategies to successfully grow the business and reach annual revenue and profitability targets in the region.
He also provides insight and assistance with internal corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programming and initiatives, and supports external Minority, Women, Disadvantaged and Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE/SDVOB) programs that benefit the construction industry.
Miller is a veteran business management executive and diversity specialist with a wealth of experience at firms in New York City, Westchester County and Rochester. His experience covers a wide range of skills including developing successful business strategies, implementing accountability standards and promoting diverse workforce initiatives. A recent accomplishment saw a business training and mentoring program he designed and oversaw contribute to surpassing diversity goals with a 33.1% aggregate utilization of M/W/DBE/SDVBs on a $435 million school modernization program.
