网曝门, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick Coleman as a training and career development specialist.
In this role, Coleman will be responsible for competency-based analysis, training program development, performance management strategies, and instructional systems design. In addition, Coleman will serve as the main point of contact for onboarding and career development programs.
Coleman has eight years of combined talent acquisition and training experience in the nuclear, construction, and health care industries. He received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology from St. John Fisher College in 2012 and is a member of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA).
Currently, he resides in Webster with his wife and two sons and is a volunteer coach for his older son鈥檚 travel baseball team.
