网曝门 kicked-off the first Superintendent Excellence Program on April 29. Hosted by our Durham office at the , the initial two-day session brought together 23 superintendents from nine 网曝门 offices across New York and the Southeast.
Designed by 网曝门 senior superintendents and early career superintendents in collaboration with industry partner ; the program centers on building leadership capability, construction acumen and peer relationships. Content blends classroom instruction with a heavy emphasis on hands-on activities and class participation. FMI facilities the sessions along with 网曝门 subject matter experts.
The Rochester office will host upcoming sessions of the six-month program, which will conclude with a two-day event in Durham in September.
