Buffalo Urban Development Corporation | Northland Corridor Phase III Redevelopment

The Northland Corridor Phase III Redevelopment project will expand capacity and enhance connectivity of the industrial campus on Buffalo’s East Side. The project includes the transformation of two key buildings – 541 East Delavan Avenue and the northern portion of 612 Northland Avenue – to create over 50,000 SF of new light-industrial space.

Additional improvements include the repaving of existing lots, upgrades to the site’s electrical infrastructure, and construction of two new parking lots to support increased tenant and visitor activity. Together, these efforts will help attract new tenants, create economic opportunity, and build on Northland’s role as a hub for innovation, workforce development and community revitalization.
