RIT project team completes Lean pull planning session

The team working on the (RIT) occupational therapy project recently held a Lean pull planning session.

Led by Project Executive Ken Osmun, along with project team members Jeff Maurer, Mike Leone and Ian Crell, the session focused on identifying critical project milestones and outlining the steps needed to achieve the project’s objectives. For this project, the discussion centered on one primary milestone – getting the building weathertight.

Another session will be held later this month to track progress, make adjustments and incorporate the framing and MEP rough-in milestones.

ÍøÆØÃÅ is serving as the construction manager on the project, which will transform and repurpose a nearby hotel for RIT’s occupational therapy program.
