Renovation and expansion of Rosewood Health Center at retirement community has received final approval from the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR). Originally, work was planned and permitted as one project with the renovations and expansion running concurrently. The project team adjusted that approach due to COVID-19 concerns among seniors. They completed the expansion first, allowing residents to relocate to the new facility before renovations began in the existing building. Making this possible required close coordination between 网曝门 and our partners at and , as well as with the City of Raleigh Inspections Department and DHSR to obtain partial inspections and partial certificates of occupancy.聽The resulting facility is a wonderful resource within The Cypress of Raleigh.
