On February 17, the University of Rochester held a topping off ceremony for its (AOC) project, adjacent to Marketplace Mall. 网曝门 representatives and other attendees watched as crews hoisted the final beam into place atop the project鈥檚 four-story addition.
When completed, the new 330,000-SF AOC, will be one of the most comprehensive orthopaedic surgery and outpatient care centers in the country. The new facility will enable patients with bone and joint conditions to receive state-of-the-art treatments. A spotlight of the facility will be the 58,000-SF Center for Human Athleticism and Musculoskeletal Performance Prevention (CHAMPP).
The project kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony in June of 2021. The surgery center will be completed by this fall. The patient tower is scheduled to wrap up in the fall of 2023.
