A successful construction project takes more than completing the work on schedule. It requires strong collaboration, attention to the client鈥檚 needs and a shared commitment to delivering a quality result.

网曝门 brought that approach to the recent Noyes bathroom renovation at Vassar College, where the NY Metro team served as construction manager for a multi-level renovation completed in time for the fall semester.

The project marked 网曝门鈥檚 first construction management project with Vassar, while providing preconstruction services for other campus projects.

With a tight summer schedule and students returning in the fall, the project team worked closely with Vassar and trade partners to keep construction moving and address challenges as they arose. 网曝门鈥檚 self-perform team also played an important role throughout the project, helping resolve layout and coordination challenges while putting in additional hours when needed to keep the project on schedule.

The team鈥檚 efforts made a strong impression on the Vassar project team.

On September 3, 网曝门 joined in a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating completion of its recent hospital expansion project. 网曝门 Senior Vice President Jim McKenna spoke at the event, highlighting the partnership behind the project and the incredible impact it will have on the community.

The expansion included two new state-of-the-art operating rooms and a permanent cardiac catheterization lab. These upgrades will help the hospital meet the growing demand for surgical care, provide the additional space needed for advanced procedures and enhance overall patient care.

网曝门 served as the construction manager on the project through its Rochester office.

On August 27, 网曝门 Vice President Paul Cundiff and members of the project team joined in a groundbreaking for the Perry & Main project in Port Jefferson, NY.

When complete, the affordable and workforce housing community will feature 53 units, as well as a residential parking garage, lobby, mail room, fitness room, laundry facilities and commercial space on the first floor.

网曝门 is serving as general contractor on the project through the joint venture.

网曝门 recently joined (FLCC), and the in a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Culinary Arts Center in Canandaigua. 网曝门 Vice President and Partner Raymond F. 网曝门 II spoke at the event, highlighting the team behind the project and the positive impact it will have on the community.

The new facility will bring the FLCC culinary arts program together with the New York Kitchen under one roof 鈥� providing space for hands-on cooking and beverage classes. 网曝门 is serving as the agency CM on the project through its Rochester office.

On August 11, 网曝门 Joined in a ribbon cutting to celebrate completion of the Sage Hall Renovation project. 网曝门 Vice President David Hollander and Regional Director of Field Operations Eric Coburn Sr. attended the event alongside members of the project team.

网曝门 鈥� through its NY Capital Region office 鈥� served as the construction manager on the project, which modernized the 58-bed residence hall and community gathering space on the college鈥檚 Troy campus.

Four 网曝门 projects have been honored in the ENR Regional Best Projects competition. Held annually by Engineering News-Record, the competition recognizes construction projects across the U.S. 鈥� based on geographic region. 网曝门 earned recognition for four New York projects from ENR East:

The Cornell University Computing & Information Science (CIS) building received a Best Project Award in the Higher Education/Research category. The 134,972-SF building with two four-story wings features maker space, builder labs, an active learning classroom, a coffee shop and collaborative commons areas on the ground floor, with research and administrative spaces on the upper floors.

The Oak Hill Country Club Master Plan Renovation & Expansion received a Best Project Award in the Sports/Entertainment category. The 85,000-SF project included 60,000 SF of renovations and a 25,000-SF addition to the existing clubhouse. The upgraded facility features a state-of-the-art ballroom, the Donald Ross Pub, spacious outdoor patios and enhanced dining and event areas.

The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Performing Arts Center project received an Award of Merit in the Cultural/Worship category. The four-story, 50,000-SF facility features a 750-seat theater with two balconies and a restored, historic theater organ. In addition to the main performance hall, the facility includes dedicated rehearsal space, costume and scene shops, office areas, and a variety of public and backstage support spaces.

The Saratoga County Airport New Terminal Building and Jet Hangar received an Award of Merit in the Airport/Transit category. This project involved the construction of a new fixed-base operator terminal building and an adjacent 20,000-SF jet hangar. The new terminal features a spacious lobby, passenger waiting area, rental car counter, pilot lounge, conference room and on-site restaurant.

On Wednesday, July 29 the John Kam Building Historic Renovation project received top honor in the adaptive re-use/housing category at Buffalo鈥檚 Brick by Brick Awards.

Given annually by  magazine, the awards recognize best-in-class real estate, construction and development in Western New York.

网曝门 served as the construction manager on the project, which transformed the historic John Kam Malt House into a residential community featuring 86 apartments and commercial spaces while preserving the building鈥檚 industrial character and many of its historic architectural features.

A second 网曝门 project 鈥� the University at Buffalo Foster Hall Renovation 鈥� was a finalist in the collegiate category.

On June 25, 网曝门 joined in a groundbreaking ceremony celebrating the start of work on a new central fire station for the .

The project will transform an existing building into a new fire station featuring wide apparatus bay aprons, a 10-bed dormitory, officer-in-charge room, radio room, kitchen, support spaces and a 2,500-SF, two-bay secondary storage garage. The new facility will also house the city鈥檚 emergency operations center and training rooms.

网曝门’s Binghamton office is serving as agency CM on the project, which will transform Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School through a comprehensive renovation and modernization.

网曝门 recently joined our partners at for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate completion of the Park Square II Apartments project in downtown Rochester.

The project renovated 200 existing units in the historic Tower at Park Square and added a new building with 40 additional units, creating a total of 240 affordable housing units for the Rochester community. 网曝门 served as the general contractor on the project through the Conifer-网曝门 joint venture.
